In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 and GDPR 2016, patients may request information about their own medical records. Such requests should be made to the surgery in writing and with appropriate proof of ID. No information can be released without your consent unless we are legally obliged to do so. All patients can now have access to their prospective records and you can request online access via your NHS app.
